Candidate Selection and Transition
After the client selects candidates for first-round interviews, we assist in making arrangements for candidate visits. When a short list of finalists is selected, we assist in shaping second-round visits and handle candidate travel and communication. We initiate credentials checks and conduct comprehensive reference checks on final candidates, providing our clients with a confidential written summary of our conversations and findings.
The written reference report is the fourth deliverable in the search process.
Throughout the search process, we work to maintain clear communication between our potential candidates and our client organization. Subject to our client’s wishes, we assist in the formulation and negotiation of terms of the final offer and advise on benefits and relocation issues that will need to be addressed. We will also assist spouses and family members to address the challenges of familial and professional relocation. We follow up with our client and candidate to facilitate a successful orientation and assimilation into the client organization. We handle all notification of candidates at the successful conclusion of the search.
