Senior Vice President, Quality and Talent


Leslie Pickus Mazza, Senior Vice President, Quality and Talent, has been in the executive search industry since 1981, beginning her career with Diversified Search as the company’s first Director of Research. She expanded and grew, developed and managed the research and recruiting function throughout her career. Throughout this period, she served as a senior strategist on all level searches while managing a staff of researchers and recruiters. She also had responsibility for search quality, training and professional development, database design and firm-wide search management and is a member of the firm’s leadership committee.

Ms. Mazza is currently responsible for managing, directing and developing the firm’s recruitment and research resources. This includes project staffing and resource allocation, database and information system development, search monitoring, project management and strategy enhancement. Additionally, Ms. Mazza is responsible for search execution and client management. She has been involved in a wide variety of industries and functions, covering all of the firm’s major practices. Her industry experience includes: Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Higher Education and Industrial. Ms. Mazza has also been responsible for full search execution and client management. This has included sourcing and recruiting, interviewing, preparation of position descriptions and written candidate assessments. As a generalist with a deep understanding of organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, Leslie brings a unique ability to understand search needs and connect them to the business challenges.
