Manuel A. Gongon, Jr. is a Principal with Diversified Search, and a member of its Education and Not-for-Profit Practice in the Philadelphia office. He has successfully conducted searches for a wide variety of functional leadership roles such as chancellor, president, provost, vice provost for research, academic and administrative deans, vice president for advancement, chief development officer, associate dean and director-level advancement and development positions, vice president for communications and marketing, chief information security officer, chief of police, and executive director.
