Michael Ginsberg has over 18 years of experience in healthcare services executive recruiting in both the retained search and corporate sectors.
From December 2012 to April 2016 Michael was a member of HCA’s Corporate Key Talent Acquisition Team, focused on sourcing and recruiting Chief Nursing Officers and other senior leaders across the 168-hospital system. Michael spent over 11 years with Korn/Ferry International’s Healthcare Provider Practice focusing on candidate identification and business development research assignments for searches across the country.
A native of Philadelphia, Michael, his wife of 23 years and their 16 year old daughter reside in Nashville.
Michael received his B.A. in psychology from Albright College.
Michael volunteers for a number of organizations. Since May 2013, he has served as a mentor for American Corporate Partners, an organization pairing retiring military veterans with business people who offer guidance for their job searches. In January 2016, Michael became involved with Gentlemen And Not Gangsters (G.A.N.G.), a group run out of a church in Nashville working with young men from the inner city who are on probation to help them get their lives on track. He has served as a volunteer with the Hillwood High School Marching Band since September 2015.
