Sean Lee is a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of Diversified Search, where he works primarily in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer and Retail, Education, and Nonprofit sectors. With more than 10 years of global search experience, he has successfully completed leadership searches for organizations facing changing business climates and significant transformation. He joined the firm in 2018.

Lee serves as a trusted advisor to his clients using a consultative approach to understand an organization’s culture and operating environment. He has a successful track record of identifying and placing leaders who inspire innovation, create value for customers, and empower others to transform local communities and the world.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Lee was Head of Executive Talent Acquisition & Strategy at Blue Shield of California, a $17 billion healthcare organization. Lee most recently worked as Head of Talent Acquisition for Marin Health, a health system based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lee’s in-house experience on both the payor and provider side has given him an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry.

Lee began his search career in 2009 as a Managing Director at 2000 Recruitment/SSA Global, a boutique search firm whose clients include large healthcare systems as well as global companies such as DFS Group, Coach and Las Vegas Sands Corporation. Based in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific, Lee served as a practice leader in the lifestyle, hospitality, and healthcare industries.

Prior to his search career, Lee worked in fundraising for the University of California, Davis, his alma mater.

Euris E. Belle is a Managing Director in the firm’s Atlanta office, where she partners with corporate clients in the areas of diversity recruitment, onboarding, and retention of senior management and emerging leaders. She has successfully placed diverse candidates in the fields of finance, human resources, law, and information technology. Additionally, Belle, who has a strong background in diversity recruitment, has conducted senior-level searches for public and private colleges and universities, foundations, and a range of nonprofit organizations. Among her placements in those areas are presidents, provosts, chief academic officers, CEOs, presidents and executive directors.

Before joining Diversified, Belle was a principal at Hodge Partners. Prior to that, she worked as a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Atlanta office, where she held both business development and search execution roles.

Hugo Fueglein is a Managing Director in Diversified Search’s New York City office and is a core member of the Global CIO practice for Diversified Search. Fueglein is also a leading member of the Global Technology practice at Diversified Search, a role that has allowed him to place technology executives in key positions across all industries. He specializes in the placement of chief information officers, chief technology officers, and technology executives in IT architecture, IT infrastructure, application development, and IT operations.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Fueglein was an Executive Vice President with DHR International, and formerly an integral member of the CIO and IT practice at CT Partners, where he served clients across industries, recruiting talent to fill critical roles in corporate technology functions. He has completed assignments for CIOs and key leadership positions in technology for a broad scope of clients that continuously utilize technology as a strategic initiative. Industry sectors he has served include technology, consumer goods, retail, energy, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and industrial.

Fueglein’s search career also includes being a Principal with both Korn/Ferry International and Morgan Samuels. During his seven-year tenure with Korn/Ferry, he was instrumental in the creation of the CIO Center of Expertise. Earlier in his career, he was an economist with Chase Econometrics and the Wharton Economic Forecasting Associates (WEFA) Group.

Tony Leng is a Managing Director of Diversified Search and leads the firm’s CIO/IT practice from its San Francisco office. Previously, he was Managing Partner of Hodge Partners. Leng has conducted many C-suite-level searches for organizations where leaders are transforming and/or building organizations that are taking advantage of digital technologies. His clients have included Aurora Healthcare; Axalta; Catholic Health Initiatives; Blue Shield of California; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan; Delta Dental; Dignity Health; Esurance; Kaiser Permanente; Novant Health; PG&E; Polycom; Sutter Health; Symmetricom; TE Connectivity; and Wellmark.

Prior to joining the field of executive search, Leng was a board member of three public companies and CEO of a $600 million public company. Prior to that, he ran a $1 billion division of a telephone company focused on corporate users and had responsibility for all data services and networking products. While at the telephone company, he was founder and chairman of its ISP and a board member of its two-million-subscriber cell phone subsidiary.

Leng uses his operating experience from being a CEO, financial background as a CPA and CA, and technical knowledge from the work that he has done for tech companies to drill down and understand at a nuanced level what his clients are seeking to achieve as they build their teams. The core of Leng’s consulting has been with senior leaders who are seeking to transform their organizations as they face a future of rapid change, digitization, regulation, shifting markets, and increasingly connected and informed customers.

Barry is a Managing Partner based in the Atlanta office of Diversified Search. As a senior member of the Higher Ed and Healthcare Practice, Barry leads executive level searches for higher education institutions, academic medical centers, research institutions and integrated healthcare delivery systems. Barry’s passion is identifying strategic hires while providing practical guidance in succession planning. Barry brings over 25 of experience where he has been deeply involved in leadership searches for technology companies, healthcare centers and academic medicine institutions.

In addition to his achievements in executive search, Barry brings progressive and successful leadership experience earned in major corporate and academic environments, including AT&T, UAB Health System, Memorex Telex, Cisco Systems, and software giant Computer Associates. Barry led the emerging markets efforts at Cisco, where he developed a team of business leaders in strategic sectors to drive emergent business markets. His experience in corporate environments has proven to be invaluable in leading searches, given the business imperatives to differentiate and excel in today’s environment.
