Partnering with the CEO on the readiness of his current leadership model to support the evolution of his seven-hospital regional delivery system to an integrated, accountable, and financially sustainable delivery system.

Supporting the aggressive national expansion strategy of a large, diversified Medicaid managed care organization by building out the corporate executive team and recruiting key functional and operating unit executives.

Partnership with the Board and CEO of a non-profit, highly regarded behavioral health organization that provides campus-based and community services in 14 states, undertaking a five-year succession planning initiative that will require recruitment of external talent to fill all of the key top executive roles ( CEO, COO, General Counsel) as well as build a leadership pipeline of market-specific executive directors.

Provide ongoing CEO advisory services to one of the largest Blue Cross Blue Shield plans related to organizational structure, succession planning, executive alignment, and subsidiary business models.
